Practical Skill Development
Supervisees will have the opportunity to gain both hands on implementation experience and improve their repertoire of consultation skills. Team members will learn how to effectively connect and collaborate with the individuals we serve while creating significant, effective programming that helps improve the lives of our clients and families.
Diverse Client Experience
Supervisees may work with multiple clients who vary across age, abilities and desired learning outcomes. As a Behavioural Consultant you will have the opportunity to utilize a variety of skill assessments and develop meaningful programming for our diverse clientele.
Multiple Supervisors
Our company provides the opportunity to work with multiple supervisors and consultants with a wide range of professional backgrounds. We offer both individual and group supervision wherein team members can benefit from multiple settings during their experience and are able to network with other graduate students.
