We want you to know that we see you and we hear you. We want you to feel safe and dignified when you work with our team. Our goal is to work towards creating an environment that is built on the foundation of safety and trustworthiness so that we may begin building a strong foundation for learning.

Our connection is built upon asking questions, listening to your answers and learning from those answers. We are using the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to inform our services by acknowledging the past and striving to better our field in the future. Our goal is to continue to learn about each individuals needs and how our evidence-based practices can support them.

Our ABA empowers the individual. We seek to prevent harm and further one’s joy in all that we do. Our goal is to connect with each individual to build a brighter future.

The pace of the each individuals therapy is based on feedback from them, from each interaction, each session. We slow things down in our work to enable lifelong change in the individuals we are so honoured to serve. Through real reconnection and repair, we believe our science has a lot to offer individuals who seek our support. We have a lot of work to do and it starts now!
