Malorie Cardamone

Malorie  holds her degree in Education and has been teaching in Edmonton for over 11 years. She has been working with children with developmental delays, ranging from early learning to high school classrooms, for over a decade. 

She worked as a special education teacher within the Edmonton school system and strives for greater support for all learners within the classroom and community. She continues to develop strong relationships within the inclusive education system, where she is known for her high standard of ethics and knowledge of the special education field. Malorie continues to support families in their home, as well as within the school system, continuing to advocate for vulnerable populations.

With the support of founder, and friend; Erin Gluckie, Malorie joined Catalyst Behaviour Services shortly after it was founded in 2020. Malorie’s commitment to higher education to best support families in the Edmonton area led her to graduate school where she completed a Masters in Professional Behaviour Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. In November 2021, she earned the designation of Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

 She has, and will always be, committed to building a strong ethical company whose values align with hers. Malorie continues to be an advocate for equal education opportunities for all and is committed to advocating for families and their accessibility to specialized ABA services in Alberta and beyond. She is passionate about continuing education as she focuses on trauma-informed ABA services and disseminating this science and its values to others.
